This week, we’re diving into a step-by-step journey to master control, passing, and dribbling with techniques designed to help you become a more complete player. Each phase of this workout builds on the last, pushing you toward peak performance. Here’s what you can expect this week:
PHASE 1 - INITIATE
This phase focuses on dynamic movement to warm up your body and build foundational mobility.
Two Cones, 10 Yards Apart
Perform various movements like jogs, shuffles, and carioca to activate your legs and core.
Dynamic Stretches
These stretches (hamstring, knee pulls, and calf pumps) increase flexibility and prepare your muscles for intense activity.
Line Hops
This exercise sharpens footwork with hops in different directions, improving agility and stability.
PHASE 2 - IGNITE
Building on the basics, Ignite adds intensity with focused technical drills and active rest for continuous improvement.
Technical Work
Weave through cones or dribble in a box. Precision is critical, and these drills ensure you stay in control.
Active Rest
Practice freestyle juggling to maintain rhythm while catching your breath.
Toe Taps
Enhance touch with exercises like sideswipes and Brazilian toe taps.
Push-Ups
Strengthen your upper body, choosing reps that match your fitness level.
Dynamic Stretch
Finish with stretches to keep your muscles engaged and ready for more.
PHASE 3 - IMPACT
This circuit pushes your skills and endurance. It combines technical work with strength exercises for a lasting impact on your game.
Juggling
Work on balance and control with two-touch or one-bounce juggling.
Wall Ball
Practice passing accuracy and timing with alternating inside feet.
Technical Pullbacks
Perform R9 pullbacks to build control and footwork consistency.
Freestyle Juggling
Freestyle to add your unique touch to the workout!
1 v 1 Moves
Master moves like the Feint Outside Push in a Y-pattern or 5x5 box for real-game agility.
