Week 3: Individual Technical Training for Soccer Success | JR7 SOCCER

You’re already on the path to refining your soccer skills with focus and dedication. In Week 3, we’re continuing to build on core skills like control, passing, and dribbling with a mix of dynamic movements, technical work, and impact drills. Every touch, movement, and drill is designed to bring you one step closer to mastering your game!
PHASE 1 - INITIATE
This phase centers on dynamic movement to warm your body and activate your muscles. Complete each set of Exercises 1, 2, and 3 in order as a circuit, resting for 1 minute between sets.

Two Cones, 10 Yards Apart
- Start with jogging, shuffling, and carioca to boost agility and warm up muscles.

Dynamic Stretches
- Loosen up with essential stretches, focusing on flexibility and preventing injuries.

Line Hops
- Fine-tune your footwork with hops to improve balance, agility, and reaction time.
PHASE 2 - IGNITE
Phase 2 introduces structured technical work and drills to elevate your game and keep you focused. Complete each set of Exercises 1 through 5 as a circuit, resting for 1 minute between sets.

Technical Work
- Choose the 7-Cone Line or 5x5 Box for close control and precision with the ball at your feet.

Active Rest (3 Minutes)
- Engage in freestyle or one-bounce juggling to keep your touch sharp while you recover.

Toe-Taps
- Build foot speed and control with regular, sideswipe, and Brazilian toe-taps.

Push-Ups
- Choose your level and strengthen your upper body to add power and stability to your performance.

Dynamic Stretch
- Finish with stretches to maintain muscle flexibility and reduce recovery time.
PHASE 3 - IMPACT
Our Signature Circuit is back, focusing on advanced juggling, wall work, and 1v1 moves to improve control and agility in high-pressure situations. Complete each set of Exercises 1 through 5 as a circuit (3 times), working for 1 minute on each exercise with 1 minute of rest between sets.

- Practice 3-touch juggling to improve control with both feet, helping with balance and coordination.

Wall Ball
- Build passing accuracy and consistency with two-touch alternating inside-foot passes.

Technical Work
- Master the R9 Pullback + Inside/Outside move with 3-cones for advanced ball control.

Freestyle Juggling
- Keep the ball moving and develop your rhythm and style.

1 v 1 Move
- Practice scissors moves on both feet to sharpen your one-on-one skills. For added versatility, use the Y-pattern or a 5x5 box.
